The New York Times reports a 24-year-old Lebanese-Swedish man is on trial in Cyprus on charges of scouting potential Jewish targets for attacks by Lebanese group Hezbollah. Bulgaria has called for the EU to list Hezbollah as a terrorist entity after blaming it for a deadly bomb blast last year.
