The Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Romania are unhappy with the way cohesion funding is calculated in the draft budget proposal, with EU council chief Herman Van Rompuy i set to try and "accommodate" their complaints into a new draft to be tabled at noon, a senior member state official has said.
