Greenland’s PM Kuupik Kleist has said he will not give the EU preference over China in exploiting the country's rare earths deposits. “All are welcome if they meet our conditions and our requirements to operate in Greenland,” he said, the BBC reports. China controls an estimated 97% of the market.
