Financiële transactietaks vanmiddag officieel (en)

Eleven EU countries, including Germany, France, Italy and Spain, are expected to get the green light at Tuesday’s Ecofin council for levying a financial transactions tax (FTT). The European Commission gave its go ahead for enhanced co-operation on the tax in October. The European Parliament has also backed it.
