Servische president pleit voor autonome status voor het noorden van Kosovo (en)

Serb President Tomislav Nikolic has circulated a document to Serbian political parties calling for a Catalonian-type self-rule for the 120,000 Serbs who live in north Kosovo, the Beta news agency reports. It says the region should have "autonomy" on police, education, justice, economy and financial issues.
