Europees Hof van Justitie wijst Spaanse en Italiaanse klachten tegen EU-octrooi af (en)

Legal steps by Italy and Spain against the new EU patent regime have been turned down by the European Court of Justice. On Tuesday Advocate General Yves Bott said that the EU was entitled to adopt the rules via enhanced co-operation and "consequently, should dismiss both actions".
