BERLIN - "It is good that the EU commission is putting forward proposals for a stronger co-operation in the eurozone. But eurobonds, bills or any other form of joint debt liability in Europe are going in the wrong direction," German foreign minister Guido Westerwelle said about the commission's 'blueprint' on the eurozone.
