BERLIN - Delaying a Thursday deadline for Greece to repay €5 billion worth of treasury bills to the European Central Bank is "part of ongoing discussions," Marianne Kothe, spokeswoman for the German finance ministry said in a press conference. Athens had hoped to get the €31.5bn bailout tranche by then.
