On 07 November the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the Commission Catherine Ashton i had another meeting in Brussels with the Prime Minister of Serbia Ivica Dačić, and the Prime Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi, in the framework of the EU-facilitated dialogue.

After the meeting Catherine Ashton issued the following statement:

"Today I met with Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi and Prime Minister Ivica Dačić in the framework of the EU facilitated dialogue.

We continued our discussions that we started here in Brussels on 19 October and that I followed up on together with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton i in Belgrade and Pristina last week.

Our open and frank discussions this evening evolved around different aspects of normalisation of relations between the two sides and both Prime Ministers committed to continue the talks.

We agreed to continue the work for full implementation of all the agreements and we welcomed the results of the joint working group on IBM crossing points which took place on 5-6 November.

We discussed the transparency of the funds Serbia is providing to the Kosovo Serb Community in Kosovo. We also discussed how to enhance the protection of Serbian cultural and religious heritage in Kosovo.

Both sides agreed to have a joint technical working group to prepare feasibility study for 0iš-Pristina motorway.

We agreed to meet soon again."
