Greek finance minister Yannis Stournaras told Parliament on Wednesday that the country reached a deal with the troika of international lenders on a two-year extension to meet deficit targets. But ECB i chief Mario Draghi i in Berlin and EU officials in Brussels said the troika report was not yet completed.
