Frank-Walter Steinmeier, head of the socialist faction in the German parliament, has warned that his party may not vote in favour of further aid to Greece. He told Handelsblatt that chancellor Merkel needs to find her "own majority" but said socialists are not principally against extending Greece's aid payback time
