Franse Nationale Assemblee stemt voor begrotingspact (en)

The French National Assembly Tuesday voted in favour of the fiscal discipline treaty, which enshrines balanced budgets in national law. The treaty received 477 votes, 70 votes against, and 21 abstentions. The large majority would give France an extra boost to make its voice heard in Europe, said President Hollande.
