The Eurogroup of finance ministers has backed the latest €4.3 billion tranche of Portugal's bailout deal. In a statement released Monday, ministers praised the country's "good track record" while Eurogroup chairman Jean Claude Juncker added that he expected the country to return to the bond market in 2013.
