Koningin Beatrix bezoekt Eurojust (en)

On 28 February 2012, Eurojust i celebrated its 10th anniversary. In recognition of this occasion, Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands will visit Eurojust on Wednesday 26 September at 14:30.

The royal visit will be hosted by Ms Michèle Coninsx, President of Eurojust.

The Queen will meet with the Vice-Presidents and all staff of Eurojust.

Later in the visit, the Queen will meet with the National Members of Eurojust and will attend a presentation given by Ms Coninsx. The National Members of Italy and Sweden will present examples of cases managed by Eurojust.

Before the end of the visit, the Queen will meet the staff of the Dutch Desk at Eurojust.

Venue: Eurojust building, Maanweg 174, 2516 AB The Hague

The programme will be as follows:

    14:30: arrival of HM Queen Beatrix, photo/video opportunity outside

Selected media will be granted access into the Eurojust building, bearing in mind the limited space available.

    Approximately 16:00: departure of HM Queen Beatrix, photo/video opportunity outside
  • • 
    Afterwards, a press meeting is scheduled with the President of Eurojust, Ms Coninsx.

Due to limited space at Eurojust, and possible considerable media attention, media access will be limited. The media selection will be made in consultation with the Royal House. Media will be informed of their accreditation via e-mail.
