A plan for Spanish economic reform is to be unveiled next Thursday, reports the Financial Times. EU i authorities are working behind the scenes directly with finance minister Luis de Guindos on a plan that will focus on structural reforms rather than new taxes and spending cuts, according to the newspaper.
