Voorzitter Eurogroep: voorwaarden Duitse Constitutioneel Hof niet in strijd met ESM-verdrag (en)

Eurogroup chief Juncker Friday gave reassurances about the bailout fund (ESM i) on the two reservations the German Constitutional Court expressed, saying none of these require the ESM treaty to be changed. The court said Berlin's contribution must be set by the Bundestag and MPs informed about ESM despite confidentiality rules.
