CDU parliamentarian and budget expert Klaus-Peter Willsch has called for a radical reform of the European Central Bank. Speaking to Handelsblatt he said voting rights within the bank should reflect the size of member states' contributions. “Germany as main creditor must have a right to veto any decision”.
