België sluit tijdelijk nucleaire reactor (en)

Belgium has temporarily closed the Doel nuclear plant north of Antwerp after inspectors found possible cracks in the steel tank containing the reactor core. Several nuclear plants in Europe use the same type of tanks, but additional testing of these is up to national governments, the European Commission said.
