Spanish economy minister Luis de Guindos and France's Pierre Moscovici Wednesday stressed the importance of adopting rules "by the end of this year" on a eurozone single supervisory mechanism for banks.“We commit to a swift negotiation," they said, with the supervisor a precondition for allowing direct recapitalisation of banks.
