Finnish finance minister Jutta Urpilainen has told national broadcaster Yle she will seek collateral from Spain in return for Helsinki's contribution to the bank bailout. "We represent a tough line, and it's the right thing to do because it protects the Finnish taxpayers from risk," she said.
