Eurocommissaris Reding bezorgd over Roemeense rechtstaat (en)

EU justice commissioner Viviane Reding i tweeted she is "seriously concerned about recent attacks on the independence of the Constitutional Court of Romania." The recently appointed Social-Liberal government led by Victor Ponta is ignoring the court's rulings and plans to change its composition. Romania's justice system is under EU monitoring.
