The troika of officials from the European Commission, International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank will return to Athens on Monday (25 June) after three months of absence, IMF i chief Christine Lagarde i said Thursday. The troika will assess the programme delays and start negotiations on a "reviewed" reforms plan.
