Franse socialisten winnen absolute meerderheid in parlement (en)

The French Socialist Party on Sunday obtained an absolute majority in the lower house, exit polls show, allowing president Francois Hollande i to govern without support from the Greens or the far left. The anti-immigrant National Front, meanwhile, will return to the parliament for the first time since 1998.
