Hungary's parliament Tuesday changed a law concerning the central bank. The change, approved by 313 votes to 36, was a precondition for financial aid talks with the International Monetary Fund. The changes did not respond to all criticism, such as the monetary council's authority over central bank's reserves, AFP reports.
