Wit-Rusland: we willen een betere relatie met de EU (en)

Belarus FM Martynov said in Armenia Tuesday that Belarus wants a "partnership" with the EU, while noting bilateral trade is worth "billions of dollars, and benefits both sides." Minsk recently freed two political prisoners after the EU imposed economic sanctions. Slovenia blocked part of them to protect a hotel deal.
