The UK and Germany's tax agreements with Switzerland are "in full compliance with EU law", taxation commissioner Algirdas Semeta i said Tuesday. London and Berlin have signed bilateral deals allowing them to collect tax on their citizens' accounts in Swiss banks. Austria's deal however has not yet been cleared.
