Portugal ratificeert begrotingspact (en)

Portugal on Friday became the first EU country to ratify the new pact on fiscal discipline, by 204 votes against 24 in parliament with two abstentions. The treaty will come into force once 12 out of the 25 member states due to ratify it have done so.
