Eurocommissaris Barnier niet bang voor lobbyisten hedgefondsen (en)

EU financial services commissioner Michel Barnier i has said he won't be "intimidated" by “rearguard lobbying” against EU measures to regulate hedge funds, Bloomberg reports. "We won’t abandon our efforts to ensure that all financial actors (...) are appropriately regulated.” A hedge fund association says the draft measures are "extremely problematic."
