International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Lagarde i has welcomed the increase of eurozone's firewall to €700 billion, saying it "will support the IMF's efforts to increase its available resources for the benefit of all our members." The IMF had insisted for months on the need to boost the eurozone bail-out funds.
