The EU i Commission is Thursday set to refer Hungary to the court over a telecommunications tax, Reuters reports. Hungary introduced a telecoms tax worth €600m over three years to help meet its budget-deficit target. The Commission - fighting Budapest on several other fronts too - says the tax is illegal.
