The European Commission is Wednesday to decide on three infringement procedures concerning Hungary’s new Central Bank Act, a mandatory retirement age for judges and the data protection authority. Some matters will end up in court, Janos Lazar, head of the ruling Fidesz party’s parliamentary group, told Bloomberg.
