Obama prijst Merkels leiderschap in aanpak eurocrisis (en)

US President Barack Obama thanked German Chancellor Angela Merkel over the phone Tuesday for her leadership and "positive steps" taken to solve the euro debt crisis following the decision to bail out Greece. But the President said a financial firewall is still needed to ensure the crisis does not spread.
