Laatste wijziging voorstel EU-verdrag doet concessies aan Denemarken (en)

The latest fiscal treaty draft has taken into account Danish complaints about fines applied for deficit sinners being transferred to the eurozone bail-out fund (ESM). In the new version, the fines will go to the ESM if the fined country is a euro-state, otherwise to the "general EU budget."
