Russisch schip schendt wapenboycot Syrië (en)

A Russian ship said to be carrying tonnes of ammunition stopped to refuel in Cyprus and said it was going to Turkey but later sailed to Tartus, Syria instead. The events technically violate a ban on exports of arms from EU countries to the conflict-torn country.
