Polish PM Tusk at the Eastern Partnership summit in Warsaw on Friday said the International Monetary Fund and the European Investment Bank could give Minsk $9 billion worth or micro- and macro-economic support if it makes wide-reaching democratic reforms. The offer comes amid a mini-economic crisis in the authoritarian country.
