EU dringt aan op zelfbeheersing in Turks-Cypriotisch conflict over gaswinning (en)

The European Commission on Monday urged Turkey and Cyprus to show restraint in a row over gas exploration in the Mediterranean. The Greek Cypriot government is set to proceed with the drilling while Turkey claims natural resources around Cyprus belong to both Turk and Greek Cypriots.
