Conferentie over vrijwilligerswerk en sport (en)

Met dank overgenomen van Pools voorzitterschap Europese Unie 2e helft 2011 i, gepubliceerd op maandag 12 september 2011.

On 13th-14th September in Warsaw at the Novotel Warszawa Centrum hotel an expert conference ‘From Volunteer to Leader in Sport’ will be held.

The conference will address the development of volunteering in sport and the exchange of experiences in training leaders in sport.

During each session, participants will try to answer the following questions:

  • - 
    How to encourage volunteers to permanently volunteer in sports clubs?
  • - 
    How to effectively train leaders in sport?
  • - 
    Should volunteer work be certified?

The conclusions of this meeting are to be used to develop effective action plans for implementation at European, national and local levels.
