Regering Duitsland stuurt voorstel steun aan Europees noodfonds door naar parlement (en)

German Chancellor Angela Merkel i Wednesday won her cabinets backing for a bill extending the European Financial Stability Facility i's mandate, as agreed on 21 July by eurozone i leaders. The bill is likely to pass the Bundestag with support of the opposition Social Democrats, despite backbenchers of Merkel’s party voting against.
