German daily Handelsblatt reports that German Liberals, part of the government coalition, are demanding that use of the euro bailout fund, the EFSF, should be accompanied by parliamentary approval. No greenlight from MPs should result in the finance minister saying no to using the EFSF, say the Liberals.
