Belarus autocrat Lukashenko has invited EU and Russian officials to "round table" talks amid a national economic crisis. "Let's talk, create a dialogue, we will come to some understanding," he told state news agency Bielta. The table reference echoes the name of talks which ended Communist rule in Poland.
