The German Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe will 7 September give its verdict on whether the government broke the law with last year's bailouts of Greece, Ireland and Portugal. Three lawsuits have been brought by six eurosceptic plaintiffs who argue the "no-bailout" clause in the EU's treaty was violated.
