'EU werkt aan voorstel autonomie Serviërs in Kosovo'

The EU is drafting plans to provide the Serbian minority in Northern Kosovo with autonomy and create a regional council based on the Ahtisaari Plan, Kosovo daily Koha Ditore reports, citing unnamed diplomatic sources. The Serb municipalities would be financially independent from the Pristina government by directly collected customs duties.
