Representatives of Parliament's political groups are set to debate the legislative proposals for the new Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and a new system of own resources with Commission President José Manuel Barroso i and Budgets Commissioner Janusz Lewandowski i on Tuesday 5 July from 3pm. The proposals were presented by the Commission to Parliament's Conference of Presidents on Wednesday 29 June.
