+ COR 1 + COR 1 REV 1 (et) 13814/1/05 COMPET 227 RECH 200 ENER 160 ENV 497 TELECOM 117 ECO 123 CODEC 954 REV 1 Following a public debate on the progress report concerning the proposal for a Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP), the Council endorsed in general the approach to the major issues set out in the progress report (13814/1/05 REV 1.) 15031/05 THB/DGE/ep 9 DG C II EN The Council invited the Permanent Representatives Committee to use the progress report as a basis for the detailed discussions on the text of the proposal under the incoming Austrian Presidency.
