Article 95: Publication of treaties
Rules regarding the publication of treaties and decisions by international institutions shall be laid down by Act of Parliament.

Rules on the publication of treaties and decisions of international organisations are laid down by law. Since 1994, these rules have been contained in the Kingdom Act on the Approval and Publication of Treaties (Rijkswet goedkeuring en bekendmaking verdragen).
