The European Union (Definition of Treaties Orders) (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

The purpose of this instrument is to revoke the totality of Specification Orders on exit day which will become redundant in consequence of the repeal of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) (“ECA 1972”). It is important these redundant Specification Orders are revoked to ensure the UK’s statute book remains coherent and tidy.
