Iceland in court for not respecting EU laws

Iceland has been referred to a trade tribunal for failure to incorporate into national law EU i directives on the transport of dangerous goods and on inspection of commercial vehicles. Its EU legal obligations are part of Iceland's membership of the European Economic Area (EEA i).
