Latvia bans Russian propaganda website

Latvia has banned Russian internet agency Sputnik from using the .lv domain name on grounds its activities as a Kremlin propaganda outlet violate EU sanctions on protecting Ukraine's territorial integrity. The Sputnik site said the move amounts to "direct censorship."
