Tear gas stops Kosovo parliament, again

Opposition MPs in Kosovo Friday stopped the year's first parliament session by firing tear gas canisters in the plenary chamber. The parliament speaker and other MPs first donned gas masks but then abandoned the event. The gas protests mainly target an EU-deal on quasi-autonomy for Serb enclaves in Kosovo.
