Unrest in Kosovo over Serbia deal

Kosovo's capital Pristina saw violent scenes between protesters and police Wednesday. A EU-brokered deal with Serbia, currently suspended by Kosovo's constitutional court, gives Serbs too much power, the protesters say. Police arrested one opposition MP who had used tear gas in parliament but failed to arrest another.
